Its small size barely accommodated a person with luggage! it also seemed to be stuck between floors once, or twice? the room itself was also on the smaller side, and the air conditioning only had a fan setting..

a romantic hideaway
genuine warmthsecure accessattentive staff
the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, very thoughtful. i left my luggage with ease after checking out, it's reassuring. i not sketchy at all thanks to the secure access and attentive staff, precious. a metro is near. breakfast had coffee and a sweet pastry.
it's a little inconvenience.

the lobby provided free coffees, which i always apreciated . it created a cute feeling . i often saw staff cleaning, and it felt very nice. the hotel kept a stock of toiletries.

the front desk staff spoke english FLUENTLY, that remove a big worry. they provided assistance with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions, always with a smile. they are available 24/7, it is so precious!

the location is pretty good. it is close to the metro and several bus stops, so it's easy to get around! the staff were very friendly and helpful .
my room felt a bit small. it was difficult to open my suitcase without blocking the exit door.

I found the location excellent. It had many restaurants around. It was easy to get to tourist attractions by metro or bus. The hotel offered free coffee and tea. I found the rooms soundproof so nights were quiet.
It was a slight inconvenience (but not a deal-breaker).
