A decent stay, some issues

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful when arranging sight seeing trips. The air-conditioning was VERY effective. This was important given the temperature. Breakfast was also very good.
I booked this hotel expecting certain amenities. Slippers and robes were missing from the room upon arrival. I requested these items and coffee and tea from reception but I never received them. The shower leaked water.
