The room had air conditioning. This was much needed. I found the location convenient. The metro station is very close. The staff assisted me with check in. They were fantastic.

the metro access was convenient. it facilitated travel around the city.

the wifi provided was unreliable. i was on the fifth floor and the room became uncomfortably hot. despite the presence of air conditioning, its operation was restricted, causing me to leave windows open and mosquitoes entered.

the breakfast was disappointing the staff seemed to watch us closely to clear away quickly at exactly 10 am everything was removed the bread was stale and the cheese was already melted on the plate so it was not fresh
