Great Breakfast and Convenient Location

helpful staff informative folder clean room

The staff was very helpful and caring! Tourist booklets were available in reception. An informative information folder listed places to visit in the bedroom. They even sorted a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave early! I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was quite big.

I booked a garden view room. Instead, I got a street view room. The room was noisy, the bathroom mirror was rusty, and the bathroom was moldy. My expectations were shattered.

spacious family room large bathroom smaller picture early morning

i stayed in a really spacious family room! it had a large bathroom and a bathtub. the hotel gave us bath salts and stuff we needed for a nice bath!

the room looked a little smaller than the pictures! i saw online when i booked. it was really busy when i got there early, so i felt kinda unwelcome. the staff became more helpful later.

the receptionist was both helpful and polite . the location is convenient, with good proximity to key attractions.

the absence of a 24-hour bar, advertised, was a disappointment. also, i found the rooms old-fashioned, with decor not quite up to modern standards.

the staff demonstrated good responsibility in the kitchen during breakfast. they provided instant responses to guest requests and served hot food quickly. the eating area is well kept.

The room size was good with a twin bed. I found a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The staff was friendly with an easy check-in. They allowed me to leave luggage early.

The room looked smaller than the picture I saw. I felt quite unwelcome from the hotel early in the morning. The room was cold and the heater was not working.

I found the service during breakfast unsatisfactory. The dining area was understaffed. Tables were uncleared. It looked one person handled all tasks including clearing tables and preparing food, which led to significant delays and a messy environment.
