The staff was very helpful and caring! Tourist booklets were available in reception. An informative information folder listed places to visit in the bedroom. They even sorted a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave early! I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was quite big.

I booked a garden view room. Instead, I got a street view room. The room was noisy, the bathroom mirror was rusty, and the bathroom was moldy. My expectations were shattered.

i stayed in a really spacious family room! it had a large bathroom and a bathtub. the hotel gave us bath salts and stuff we needed for a nice bath!

the room looked a little smaller than the pictures! i saw online when i booked. it was really busy when i got there early, so i felt kinda unwelcome. the staff became more helpful later.

the absence of a 24-hour bar, advertised, was a disappointment. also, i found the rooms old-fashioned, with decor not quite up to modern standards.

The room size was good with a twin bed. I found a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The staff was friendly with an easy check-in. They allowed me to leave luggage early.

The room looked smaller than the picture I saw. I felt quite unwelcome from the hotel early in the morning. The room was cold and the heater was not working.
