the breakfast had a good selection of food.
The spa was disgusting. it smelled like a public toilet, and i'll be posting pictures to prove it. i've never had such a traumatizing spa experience. the hotel manager also lacked management skills. It reflected poorly on the staff.

Really good Heritage Stay

I appreciated the hotel's central location. Most sights were within a short walk. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, exceeding expectations. The hotel maintained a very clean and well-kept environment, which I found to be a plus.
I noticed that the hotel indicates parking availability. it seemed more like shared spaces. Finding a designated spot was a challenge, and I ended up parking on the sidewalk. This caused a bit of inconvenience .

The rooms included nice facilities and were very clean. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely! The decor felt especially magical, decorated for Christmas.

The location was very good, basically most of sightseeing objects are within a short walk! The hotel's placement put the center of everything at my fingertips, though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast served a good selection of food and drink. It was fresh. I loved the spa area, and I was lucky each time I went, I was the only person in there! This.

the location was good, right in the center.
The air conditioning made really annoying noises, even when it was switched off. It disrupted my sleep.

The spa was a HUGE letdown! It felt dirty. It even smelled like a public restroom, a really bad one! I was also put off by the air conditioning units. They made annoying noises, even after I turned them off. This seems to be a building issue since the technician said they are quite old.
