The hotel location was great. i could easily walk to the promenade from there. the rooms were very clean. the staff was accommodating and friendly. This was very important.
The pool patio stones were breaking up. little bits of grit stuck to my feet. It was very uncomfortable. the wine for all inclusive was virtually vinegar. It was disgusting. car parking was expensive, i think.

The hotel grounds were meticulously maintained, very clean, and spacious. The staff members were plentiful, efficient, and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the varied entertainment including a rock band. i liked the wide selection of food available in the buffet restaurant, including seafood.
I found the cocktails to be only average because they were mostly pre-mixed.

The hotel offered multiple pools. The baby pool was gated, suited for children under five. Additional pools accommodated adults and older children. There were plenty of high-quality sunbeds available around the pool areas.

There were many eating areas available both inside and outside, providing sunny and shady options. Waiters were always available to locate tables and provide highchairs. The food selection featured choices for every palate.

The hotel is situated right on the beachfront. Shops are only a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel provides convenient access to the beautiful sand dunes.

Our room was bright. It had a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. All needed amenities were present including a well-stocked mini bar. The cleaning service maintained an amazing standard each day.

Bar staff were very quick and efficient. Plenty of restrooms were located near pools and main reception. especially Dominique, helped. Nothing was too much trouble.

I offer my sincere thanks to the management and staff. The hotel operates with excellent efficiency. The rooms were bright and comfortable with a well-stocked mini bar. The baby pool area was gated and suitable for young children. I noted sunbeds were plentiful at all times.
