blank thermostat control ear plugs
The location was acceptable. It was near local facilities.
The air conditioning was not GREAT. It seemed I had no control over the temperature because the thermostat control was blank. I had to use ear plugs during the night.

hotel refurbishment substandard food
The location was acceptable, close to beaches, local bars, restaurants, and shops.
The hotel requires refurbishment and a THOROUGH clean. Cockroaches were present in the reception area near luggage storage. I saw them in BOTH bathrooms at night. One evening, a lorry removed sewage under our window for two hours. The food was substandard. Rotten bananas were even served at breakfast.

friendly staff clean hotel old system hard bed
the food tasted fresh, i really think so. the staff was helpful and friendly, it is positive. the hotel was clean, which i liked.
the room should be updated, i see it like that. the air con acted more as a fan, not cooling much. the bed felt hard like rock, it was uncomfortable.

cold water small pool
the staff was friendly. the rooms were cleaned daily. i appreciate that.
i was disappointed. the pool was small and the water felt cold. it was also very crowded, with kids everywhere making it hard to relax.
