tough meattasteless soup
the asian restaurant was quite disappointing i found the tepanyaki used tough meat it was hard to eat. the soup also lacked flavor it needed something more. the white wine tasted like water it needed more color too. it didn't seem like they focused on taste.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the food selection was very diverse and tasty. i liked that multiple pools were available. They were clean. the grounds were maintained well. the location was convenient. I found a shopping center and the beach were both close by.
the gym equipment showed some rust though i understand that coastal conditions can be hard on equipment.

the hotel is close to tenerife south airport a short 25-minute drive. the surrounding area felt safe. street vendors were not present everywhere.

The resort was super tidy. Our two bedroom family room included a huge balcony (ideal for enjoying the fresh air). The staff were lovely. They were always willing to help. The neon party provided great entertainment.
I found the gym was very small with old equipment.

Every staff member was friendly. They were witty and very helpful . Carolina at reception was particularly attentive to our needs and questions.

The hotel offered plenty of food variety at meals (the Italian restaurant was a highlight). The quality of food was good overall. I especially liked the lunch options. They were tasty.
