cold poolsurly staff
the big pool was freezing. there was no entertainment in the evenings. the reception staff seemed surly, which wasn't a great first impression for a guest. i also noticed during the last few days that the buffet was almost empty.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the food in the hotel was of a good standard with plenty of choice at two all inclusive buffet style restaurants.
the pool was cold i attributed that to time of year. one pool area swim up bar seemed always busy with men who didn't get out of the pool much.

The food selection was acceptable. At least something was edible.
The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled. Staff turned it off during the day. This meant returning to a stuffy, hot room each afternoon. securing a pool lounger was a morning battle. The pool attendant removed towels from unattended chairs, yet favored certain guests.

the food was delicious and diverse, a true culinary adventure! the hotel was modern and well-kept, a testament to care. bright pool areas offered plenty of sun and available loungers. the staff are amazing, helpful, and so accommodating to every need
the coffee was not the best, but it's a minor thing.
