the staff offered a free late check-out which i appreciated. ishmail was very cute and understanding of my needs. the hotel arranged transport at a cheaper rate than local cabs and i appreciated this gesture!

The location was a bit far. Taxi fares were high.

The staff provided a free shuttle bus service twice daily to the medina. abdelkarim was very friendly and treated me very well. hannan listened to my needs and recommended things to see. She was caring.
