The staff at reception was helpful.
The room seemed quite dated. I noticed stains on the bed covers and the chair was ripped, also, the shower head sprayed water everywhere. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Breakfast involved queuing with customers from the general cafe, and the line was so long that I skipped it entirely. This fell short of my expectations for a four-star hotel.

I found the staff very helpful! especially with directions. the room was spacious and clean with ample room to relax after a long drive. i appreciated the secure garage parking. It gave me peace of mind.
the breakfast cafeteria was a little busy, though the food was good.

the room included crafted wooden doors and cupboards. a desk. the vaulted ceiling had wooden beams adding character. the lighting plan was better than i often find in hotels.
