The staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that the room was clean and well kept! we had a double room lake view, and the view from the balcony was amazing. It was a real treat to wake up to each morning. i found bangin salih, who checked us in, to be especially helpful, he gave us leaflets with information on local attractions.
The car parking situation was less than ideal. There were only spots for four cars, and the cost was high. hot water poured from a balcony above landed on us which wasn't great, though there was a fan it wasn't enough. There was no a/c.

the hotel's location was convenient for seeing the sites, it was also near the train station. the uphill location adds to its beauty, i did not find it difficult to go up and down to the city center.

The lake view from my room was really good. I could see the lake and mountains from the big windows. The staff were friendly and very helpful . They provided useful recommendations and information for getting around the area.
The hotel sits on top of a steep hill. It could be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues. I had to be careful when walking up with my bags.

The hotel offers complimentary bus travel within the city for the duration of your stay after check-in for one night and two days. This feature assisted me to explore nearby attractions and reduced transportation costs considerably .

The staff were very kind and welcomed me warmly. Banji was especially helpful. They accommodated my late arrival after reception hours and assisted me with my needs quickly, providing good customer service.

The single room included a comfortable bed, effective heating, and excellent water pressure. I found the room clean and well-kept, and enjoyed my stay with the provided amenities in the room.

The reception team was amazing. i enjoyed a fantastic conversation with staff. our room overlooked the lake and we had a fabulous balcony with a wonderful view. the hotel had a nice location. It was in front of the lake.
I found the room lacked cosiness. it felt sparse, lacking standard fittings. the decor was well below standard for the hotel rooms. It was not comfortable to relax in.

the hotel is very close to everything. the hotel is situated near the city center and a tram stop. it is also a few minutes walk to the lake with beautiful views. it's awesome!!!
