the staff arranged a restaurant reservation for us. this happened when we were in a time pinch one night. the hotel was within walking distance of all our needs and sightseeing. i also appreciate the variety of breakfast items each day.

The location was excellent. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel offered valet parking, very convenient. The breakfast was also good.
The tv showed no channels. It was a smart tv. I was unable to watch any streaming services. The wi-fi only worked in one corner of the room. The telephone in the room did not work.

the location was acceptable. it was very central to shops. it was also close to the main attractions and the train station.
The room was not up to par. there was mold growing in the shower. I found this unacceptable. the bed felt broken and very uncomfortable. the staff was fine. but not particularly friendly.
