The room had a noticeable stain on the carpet. Our balcony was shared with several other rooms, guests walked right past the window. I found this arrangement quite strange and unsettling. The lack of privacy on the balcony was a real issue.

The minibar was listed on the menu but was empty and broken. It did not function. the restaurant menu was very limited and expensive. the parking situation was difficult because of its limited capacity.

the gym, though well-equipped, felt a bit small during peak hours.
