I adored the unique opportunity to reside within the animal park. The experience felt special. i appreciated the complimentary tickets that allowed us to deeply explore the park at our leisure. the safari ride stood out, with a wonderful chance to observe and even feed some of the animals.
The fast food was the only option available. I would have liked a proper restaurant.

The lack of proper heating made the huts really cold. I couldn't get warm all night and found this quite unpleasant. Dinner being only available outdoors was also a drawback since I would have preferred an indoor option. The food wasn't particularly excellent either (especially given the limited dining choices).

The safari trip was very fun with a knowledgeable guide.
The air conditioner WAS not working properly during a very cold night. I found it quite UNACCEPTABLE that the staff did not offer any solutions or compensation for THE inconvenience. This definitely impacted my experience negatively.
