convenient location front desk staff tour planning
i found the location very convenient as it was close to many cafes and restaurants. the front desk staff was very helpful to me. they provided information that helped me plan tours and arrange transportation. the room had a nice view, comfortable room, helpful staff

a few issues
impossible refund overcharged
the breakfast was quite nice. it provided a decent start to the day.
i was overcharged by 22 euros. the hotel personnel acknowledged the error, but they said a refund was impossible, very frustrating.

central location helpful staff varied choices great assistance
i found the location amazing, just steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. the front desk staff offered fantastic assistance, they even helped me arrange transportation to a neighboring city, that was so helpful. the breakfast offered varied choices. i will certainly return.
I did notice the sound insulation wasn't ideal. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor were quite audible.

the reception staff was attentive! they quickly addressed requests and provided helpful local information. the team was always ready to assist guests with directions, recommendations, and any other needs, and that makes a difference.

The front desk staff were very helpful. They arranged cabs for us. they made calls to a cab company in another city because we don't speak spanish. the staff pointed us to info that helped us plan tours. i would stay here again!
the hotel does not have tea and coffee facilities in the room. there is no bar or place for an evening meal. i found this inconvenient.

The hotel is in a great central location, a definite plus. I found the staff very helpful with directions and local recommendations. Underground parking offers convenient access, despite its limitations. I was able to walk to many nearby cafes, bars, and restaurants.
I found that no tea and coffee facilities were in the room. It would have been useful to have these amenities available.

the location was central. i found shops and restaurants very close. i parked my car in the hotel garage for 15€ per night. it was really convenient.
