Acceptable location. Disappointing service

The location was central, and that was acceptable.
The front desk staff seemed very indifferent. The woman offered no welcome, asked nothing about my stay, and showed zero interest. I felt as if they did not value returning guests.

the location was acceptable, right in the center, i guess.
honestly, the reception staff seemed bothered by my existence. no smiles, no help, just cold efficiency. and despite requesting a quiet room well in advance, i got stuck with a "double or twin room" facing the street, where the noise from some nearby bar went on until 1 am every night. the lack of sleep wasn't exactly ideal.

mixed feelings about my stay
cramped breakfast arealounge size
I found the breakfast area quite cramped. maneuvering between tables was difficult. there was also an unnecessary large lounge nearby. I felt that space could have been better utilized to expand the breakfast area. i think more space would enhance the dining experience.

the breakfast was good and had a wide variety of choices.
I was disappointed with the noise at night. A nearby restaurant had very loud music until late. it made it hard to sleep. also, the room was too warm. I asked to adjust the temperature, but it did not seem to help. i found the overall experience less relaxing than i had hoped for.
