the staff was helpful. they provided directions to nearby attractions. breakfast included fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses. the food was AMAZING!!!
the wifi signal was weak in my room. i had trouble streaming videos at times. i sometimes waited several minutes.

mixed feelings about the stay
poor soundproofingweak wifi
The wifi was a real pain. i could only get a decent signal in the bathroom. also, the soundproofing was non-existent. I kept hearing other guests all night. it's like they were in my room. a doctor was needed and staff could not help to find it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for the first time three years ago. Every time I visit the country (every summer), I stay in this hotel. The location is AMAZING!!!
The rooms have hard floors and echo. I was woken several times every night by people talking. They were walking about in the rooms above in the early hours and adjacent to me. The walls are poorly soundproofed.

The room had a nice balcony with lovely views. The cleaning service was daily, so the Double or Twin Room Sea View was super clean. I also appreciated the fridge with complimentary water in the room.
The air conditioning was turned off on a rainy day, causing the room to become stuffy.
