Charming Boutique Stay

The hotel had a traditional appearance, but it included sympathetic modern updates. Our room provided all that we required. It was also excellently maintained. And had modern design. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I found the location ideal for accessing the main square and entertainment options.
The breakfast was available, though the price seemed a bit much for what was provided. At £18 per person.

The room was huge and overlooked the garden of the next-door hotel, giving a very pleasant view. It included a comfortable bed. coffee and tea making facilities. A lovely bathroom offered both a shower and a large bathtub.

Customer service seemed excellent. Staff gave great advice on local excursions and restaurants. They were responsive to all my requests. I also received a beautiful personalised message upon arrival, a nice touch. I would note that the staff valued each customer.

Wonderful Stay in Central Location

The rooms include comfy beds. The staff were friendly and helped to ensure i had the best stay possible. Breakfast included fresh eggs which i enjoyed. I also had a welcome prosecco and beer in the bar.
The hot water was very hot, and i had trouble adjusting it at first.

The personnel was helpful. They held my luggage when needed. The receptionists were always available to answer my questions, i appreciated their dedication to ensure i had a smooth experience.

The hotel is in a quiet location but is near to the city center. It is a short walk to both the train and bus station. Main Square is also close. Kazimierz District is easily accessible.

Breakfast provided a variety of options. The coffee was nice. Plant milk was also available which i appreciate. I saw that omelets, scrammbled eggs, sausages, and pancakes can be ordered at the kitchen.

The hotel's location allowed me to easily access the market square. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. My room had high-quality coffee.
My bedroom smelled strongly of cleaning products used around the bed. This odor kept my son and I awake through the night. The breakfast was costly and did not meet my expectations.
