adequate, but some issues
the location was convenient to shops and restaurants.
The room was quite small. Even moving around the bed was difficult, and the toilet also felt cramped. I found the shower amenities insufficient.

washing machine dryer hotel gym friendly staff
I loved having a washing machine and dryer in the room! it really helped keep things fresh, especially after exploring the city. the gym was super too. It had everything i needed for a good workout. the staff were always so friendly and ready to help, no matter the time!

Amazing Stay with Great Amenities!
convenient washer unique sterilizer fantastic location
The room included a washer and a dryer which was convenient after long days of exploring. I also really loved the garment sterilizer. It was such a unique touch. Plus , the location was fantastic , with easy access to multiple subway lines and within walking distance of key attractions.
The hallway lighting could be improved , as it felt a bit dim.

The room featured a wine chiller, a fridge , and an induction stove, which I found quite excellent. The hotel provided quality shampoo and soap as well. It elevated the stay. Bed was comfy.

The hotel is modern and fresh, I noticed . Two subway stations provided convenient access, and walkable areas helped me explore. It was a great location. Access to nearby coffee spots made mornings a treat.

The staff was helpful. They tried their best to make everything great, I could see. They handled the large number of guests well , especially during check-in and breakfast. Housekeeping was also done to a high standard.

There was a 24-hour convenience store within the hotel, I noticed. This made grabbing quick snacks and essentials super easy. I also saw some nice coffee shops nearby.
