some issues with the surroundings

the staff was willing to help, i suppose..
the hotel's surroundings made me uneasy.. i saw drug use in plain sight at 10:00 am right outside the hotel. i booked a room and paid for it, but left after only two days because i felt unsafe coming and going by myself. i think other women traveling alone should know about this condition..

This hotel provided fantastic customer service. Every staff member I met was very helpful. The location and the provided amenities. I really appreciate the dedication to customer service.
The hotel is located in a neighborhood that felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. I had to be extra cautious when walking around after dark. The area seemed a little sketchy to me.
