an acceptable stay
kind staff nice room central location unsafe street thin walls no hot water
the staff were very kind. the room was nice and clean. the hotel is central and easy to locate a few minutes from the subway. many good local restaurants were also nearby.
the street is full of drug addicts so i didn't feel safe. it was also noisy in the evening and the walls are thin. there was no hot water in the morning.

functional elevator helpful staff nice balcony
the room had a balcony, i spent some time there. the elevator was small but functional. reception staff was very helpful.
the bathroom was very SMALL, it was easy for water to come out.

broken air-conditioner inaccurate photos
I was disappointed by a couple things. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, so i had to keep the window open all night (and yes, ALL night i couldn't sleep). I also noticed the photos online did not accurately represent my room (it was so different).

some issues with the surroundings
drug use unsafe surroundings
the staff was willing to help, i suppose..
the hotel's surroundings made me uneasy.. i saw drug use in plain sight at 10:00 am right outside the hotel. i booked a room and paid for it, but left after only two days because i felt unsafe coming and going by myself. i think other women traveling alone should know about this condition..

This hotel provided fantastic customer service. Every staff member I met was very helpful. The location and the provided amenities. I really appreciate the dedication to customer service.
The hotel is located in a neighborhood that felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. I had to be extra cautious when walking around after dark. The area seemed a little sketchy to me.

the staff helped a lot. they suggested restaurants nearby, this saved me time. the hotel is close to the metro station. i found it easy to travel around the city.
the elevator was small. it made transporting luggage difficult.
