clean room ideal location bar noise street noise
The room was clean and i found it quite spacious. Location is ideal. Bus stops are right outside, which i appreciated.
My room was above the bar and THE noise was noticeable. Street noise made it difficult to sleep well.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
taped blind small room
the room i got seemed to be quite dated. the blind was taped together, it looked old. also, the room size was small and i kept tripping over things. the building reminded me of a sauna, even though it was august.

Charming Stay Close to Transport
public transport dining option helpful staff
The public transport connections are excellent. I found various dining options nearby. My room was clean, and I considered it comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
I noticed that the hotel lacks a wardrobe, providing only a clothes rail above the kettle and fridge.

The location is near a train station, convenient. The hotel features a bar downstairs , though it does not seem very busy. There is no lift available at this hotel.

The receptionist was kind , and she offered assistance. I received clear entry instructions via message. The staff helped with anything I needed , answering my questions.

Mixed experience. Some issues observed
noisy room worn mattress
The room was adequately clean.
The room I occupied was quite noisy, notably from 5 AM to midnight as the metro line ran close by. A pub downstairs also contributed to the noise level. The mattress was not of suitable quality for a hotel. It seemed worn and tilted.

great location kind manager early check-in private safe uncomfortable bed fire alarm
The location is great! it is right next to the golders green station. the manager was amazing. She was so kind. she let us check in early. That was very helpful.
The advertised private safe was not in the room. one bed was a bit uncomfortable and had small pillows. I didn't like that. the fire alarm went off at 3 am and stopped shortly after.

a decent stay
clean room convenient location noisy railway bar entrance
the room was clean it had everything i needed. the location is very convenient only a short walk to the tube station bus stops and shops. i really appreciated this.
the entrance is located in the courtyard of a bar i found many people smoking there late at night. the railway line runs very close to the building it was quite noisy.
