the hotel was close to the beach that was acceptable
the room was not well soundproofed that really disrupted my sleep i could hear every conversation in the hallway the air conditioning barely worked it made the room uncomfortable at night the bed was basic too

the check-in process was efficient, and the staff offered a warm welcome. breakfast included a diverse array of choices, providing an excellent start to each day. i found the hotel's location very convenient, near both the beach and local attractions. it was easy to find bottled water at the hotel and nearby supermarkets.

The check-in process was fast. The staff was nice. My room included two separate sinks. The shower had a rainfall shower head. I found many supermarkets very close to the hotel. It made it easy to buy bottled water and snacks. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the airport. This made arrival easy. The hotel has been freshly renovated. Rooms and common areas were very clean.
The pool area flooring can be slippery. Steps in the children's pool use the same surface, and i think it is not very SAFE.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A pool area has twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

Staff members at the front desk provide luggage storage. They can also help book taxis. The room service menu is available from 11:00 to 23:00. Daily housekeeping MAINTAINS rooms in good order.

poor soundproofinglimited options
the room lacked soundproofing, i could hear everything happening in the hallway. it was hard to sleep with the noise, every conversation and movement disrupted me. also, the vegetarian options at dinner were very limited. i found it difficult to find something i could eat, it was disappointing.
