Fantastic stay, staff were really nice!

The staff was helpful. They drove us to and from the hospital when our son needed medical attention. We really appreciated the breakfast. It was a lovely experience, even though this isn't a five-star lodging. I would stay here again.
The elevator was out of service. It made access difficult for some guests.

The suite had lush jungle views and felt spacious! The resort felt both intimate and private. Staff acted quickly when my skin reacted to the bedding. They rinsed it immediately.
The hotel elevator was not working . I heard from others that it has been out of service for quite some time. It made accessing higher floors inconvenient, especially with luggage. It would be helpful if they repaired this.

The hotel provides easy access to local attractions. A local bus stops right by the hotel. The bus travels to Quepos and the national park entrance near the beach, so getting around is convenient.

My room had an effective air conditioner keeping it cool. It was large and nice. Beds provided a comfortable night's rest after a long day.
