Excellent Stay Close to Dotonbori

I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to Dotonbori and various shops. The hotel offered breakfast options and a laundry service. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to Kansai Airport. They provided clear instructions to the driver ensuring a smooth departure.
I noticed some noise from the busy road outside . The windows did not seem soundproof.

The staff offered excellent support with various requests and provided clear directions when needed I could arrange transportation easily. I found the staff spoke perfect English, which facilitated smooth communication. They offered luggage storage as well.

the location is very convenient. it is near dotonbori and many restaurants. the 7eleven downstairs was very convenient. the bed were big and I slept great.
I didnt like the hotel eco friendly system. the air conditioning UNIT turned off by itself many times. I had to manually reset IT every few hours. the air circulation in the hallway and room was not good.

the hotel was near many shopping streets this made everything easier for me. there is also a 7-eleven right below the hotel this proved to be very convenient .
the air conditioning was not working very well so a dyson fan was provided instead

The staff was very helpful . The breakfast buffet included a good variety of foods with healthier options (the miso soup was really good!). The location was indeed perfect as it was close to major attractions.
I found that the air conditioning unit would turn off on its own. This required manual resets, a bit inconvenient, especially during warmer hours.
