amazing locationhelpful stafflarge room
I found the location AMAZING. I could easily walk to many key sites and subway stations. The staff were very nice, i felt really welcome. I appreciated the clean, updated rooms. My room was quite large, especially considering it was in the city center.
The stairs at the entrance were a little tricky with luggage.

The hotel staff offered excellent service. They even kept our bags for us after checkout, i could visit sites without carrying them. Reception is available 24hr. They are in hand for any query and also order taxis.

A coffee machine with croissants IS available daily. It is really convenient. There are many restaurants close to the hotel. It provides a lot of dining options. I found an excellent pizza place nearby.

The hotel's location is CENTRAL, it is very close to main attractions. It's also close to public transportation, EVERYTHING is accessible. I found the neighborhood to be safe and peaceful.

The rooms are super clean and beautifully decorated, i was Impressed. Housekeeping kept it in great condition throughout our stay. It felt very comfortable. The room also had free water, teas, and coffee.

the location was indeed great. i found it very convenient to walk to most attractions. free coffee was available 24/7, which i certainly appreciated. the staff were very cute and polite too.
the cleanliness could definitely use some improvement. when i entered my room, i noticed a strong odour. it smelled like mold. the ac filter seemed like it hadn't been changed and the air felt dusty.
