faulty air conditioning rude staff
the room was clean enough .
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was either too hot or too cold! the staff acted like i was bothering them when i reported it. also, the noise from nearby rooms was a problem, i could hear everything.

i found the location quite good. the tram station was a short walk away, a convenience for getting to venice. the room was clean, something i always appreciate. i also noted that the staff were helpful with directions and local tips.
the lift was slow, requiring a bit of a wait at times.

Public transportation to venice is easily accessible. It is a short tram ride. nearby, i noticed several restaurants and cafes. the neighborhood felt safe and convenient for exploring. we loved the pool. but the location was amazing!

location was perfect for public transport. the room provided storage. i would stay here on a future trip. it permitted us to dine out easily.
the room i stayed in felt too cold. i did expect the fruit to be riper. breakfast could be warmer.

helpful information central location convenient connections
I found helpful information about parking prior to arrival. The location is central with shops and cafés nearby. Public transport connections to Venice are convenient. Breakfast offered good variety.
I experienced building works. This started after 8 am. Constant hammering made it impossible to sleep.

An Okay Stay
easy access convenient tram clean room unfriendly staff old headboards standard room
The hotel's location provided easy access to transportation. The tram and bus to Venice were very convenient. The room was also clean and modern. It.
The staff did not seem very friendly. They did not seem open to requests. I booked a superior room but I am pretty sure it was a standard room. The headboards looked old too.
