The staff provided excellent service. the location offered easy access to major attractions. A water gate allowed simple airport transfers by water taxi. i found enrico at reception very helpful. he gave great recommendations and assistance.
the building work taking place in rooms immediately above our bedroom involved substantial demolition and drilling. it was so intense that the chandelier in our room actually shook from all the vibrations! this made resting in the afternoons impossible.

the location provided a central base for walking everywhere, though the steps in the staircase are quite high. its proximity to the rialto bridge allowed simple access to both sides of the water. luggage assistance is available.

The room was very clean. I was impressed. the location was close to the ferry stop. This made transport simple.
