I found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. also, the breakfast lacked variety. The same items looked every morning, and the selection was quite limited. it got monotonous VERY quickly.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They offered useful tips for getting around. the hotel is located near public transportation, made venice easily accessible. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel and also the free mineral water bottles.

The shower was a bit small, but manageable. The water pressure could have been slightly stronger.

check in and check out were really fast. the room was clean and big. the front desk staff was very friendly and so helpful. they helped us book a taxi for a ride to the airport.

i was disappointed that the room lacked windows, with only three small ones on the roof. it.
