the hotel had an excellent location, right near the city center. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered many choices and it was easy to get around using bolt with convenient pick-up and drop-off spots by the hotel.
the room lacked a working ventilation fan in the bathroom, this was a minor inconvenience.

The receptionist was attentive and helpful, they arranged a packed breakfast for our early tour. This included enough food for both breakfast and lunch. justina at reception provided professional service that i greatly appreciated.

The breakfast was quite good. They even had a nice selection of fruit.
The room was quite small. The bed was hard as a rock. It really impacted my sleep. There was also poor lighting in the bathroom, and the ventilation fan was not working, really annoying. I think the rooms need an update.

The hotel is in the city center so transport wasn't needed. All services are nearby like cafes, restaurants and tours. The staff showed professionalism and a kind attitude. The welcome from staff upon arrival created a good first impression.
The window was in the roof AND unable to close properly. It was very noisy because of a bar outside, with screaming and sirens.

The receptionist was very attentive and helpful . I asked for a packed breakfast the day before a tour, and the hotel provided a generous bag. IT included enough food for both breakfast and lunch.
