The room was very clean and spacious. i especially liked the location near the riverbank and a major shopping center. It was quite convenient. the breakfast had plenty of choices.

The hotel offered a welcome gift that included a bottle of wine. I appreciated the proximity to a large shopping center, just five minutes away. A relatively cheap parking spot added value to my experience.
I found the floor in the bathroom to be slippery.

The hotel benefits from its position overlooking the Wisla River, a very nice view. It is near the Quarter Kazimierz, easily reached by foot. A big crossing with many trams and buses provides very good transport connections.

The wellness spa features a sauna, a steam bath, and a hot tub. A gym is available, though it could use a water cooler. This is a slight miss.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The organization worked well. The breakfast timing was convenient. It suited my schedule. Though there is no dinner option, there are options nearby, within walking distance.

The staff consistently displayed helpfulness, especially the reception team. The staff provided advice on the surrounding area near the hotel. The morning catering team in the breakfast room were great to all guest requirements.
