the apartment features a washing machine. the location is great near the castle. these apartments currently are rated highly. the staff at reception is helpful and kind.
our room did not get serviced one time after four nights. there was no change of towels also. there was no water provided in our room, unfortunately. it was awful that we didn't receive those services.

i stayed in a one bedroom apartment and found it lovely it was also quite warm. its proximity to the castle pleased me greatly. the staff were consistently helpful, promptly addressing all inquiries. i was able to easily walk to the square and the jewish quarter without issue
during my stay, there was no provision of bottled water for the room i thought this was an oversight. the room was not serviced during the four nights i was there. i would have liked fresh towels .
