The location was very good. The apartment was spacious. I found the beds comfortable and i had a fridge.
I think the check-in closes early at 7pm. Staff was not always available. I noticed that the air condition was very loud.

the hotel had a fantastic location! it was tucked away from the busy street, so it was peaceful but still central. dotonbori was only a short walk away. our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, it felt very traditionally japanese. i found the staff helpful and polite too.
the towel arrangement in the bathroom was a bit tricky! there was limited space to hang them.

the hotel provides tea making facilities in the room! it's very convenient to have a kettle and tea available for a relaxing drink after a day of exploring the city. this small detail added to the overall comfort of our stay.

the staff responded immediately when one of the pin codes didn't work upon our late arrival! they quickly came over and resolved the issue. their prompt assistance ensured a smooth check-in process, and we felt supported from the start.

the hotel is conveniently located near the main streets and the bus and train stations! this made it very easy to get around and see the sights, and i really appreciated the accessibility to different parts of the area.

Authentic Japanese Style and Great Location

The hotel location is great. It is easy to find and well-connected to key areas. Doors have pin pads. This is convenient. We arrived late, but the hotel resolved a pin issue immediately, they came over and sorted it. The Japanese-style room was quiet. The beds were quite comfortable too.
there were no hooks in the bathroom. There was also no space for toiletries near the sink. This made organizing personal items a bit difficult.

The hotel has an elevator for easy access to all floors, particularly useful with large luggage. This made moving our suitcases to the room simple and fast, which I appreciated.

There are many food places near the hotel. The Dotonbori area provides lots of dining options. I found several good restaurants within a short walking distance. It made meal times very convenient.

The staff was courteous and helpful. This ensured a smooth experience. Daily housekeeping provided fresh yukata and towels. The hotel provided an emergency number and responded quickly to our issue.
