unclean floor bath mat
the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
i was disappointed that my cozy room wasn't cleaned properly one day. i had left the sign, but it was overlooked and the floors weren't vacuumed. i also asked for bath mats a couple of times, they were never delivered to my room.
