great location pleasant stay cold room poor pressure
the location was great and i really appreciated the support with parking! it was also so close to the pleasure beach. thanks to the owners for a really pleasant stay.
The room was very cold. I found that the bathroom was freezing with no heating. i also experienced very poor water pressure from the shower so i couldn't even warm up.

EXCELLENT Stay!

great parking real coffee
I found the parking to be GREAT. It made arrival and departure very easy. The provided breakfast included yogurt, cereals, pastries, and toast accompanied by various condiments. The real coffee machine and fruit juice were AMAZING!!!

some issues with the room

broken bed legs bar closure
the staff were very friendly and did their best to help.
the light in my room didn't work at all also the bed felt really unstable because the legs underneath were broken i had to fix it myself just to sleep for two nights there was a bar but it was closed all weekend due to a flood it was quite disappointing.

mostly good stay!

great location clean room comfy beds faulty light bathroom light leak issue
i loved the location, it was a short distance to the south pier! pleasure beach and the water park were also close by. the hotel room and en suite were clean when i arrived. the beds were super comfy and i slept great!
the light in the room and bathroom did not work unfortunately. the lamps did work. i was told there had been a leak and the trip switch tripped.

Acceptable stay

clean room friendly owner continental breakfast poor water pressure
I stayed for a couple of nights and found the room quite clean and spacious. The owners were nice and friendly , which was welcome.
The breakfast was continental , not what I expected. The shower had very poor water pressure , so it was difficult to wash my hair.

helpful owners ideal location seaside decor real coffee
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, it's close to the pleasure beach and other attractions. the room had nice seaside decor, it added charm. the breakfast offered yoghurt, cereals, pastries, toast, and a real coffee machine!
the light in the bathroom did not work properly, so the lamps had to be used instead.

The hotel included a themed bar for relaxation. It presented a fab atmosphere, though it was temporarily closed. parking support was appreciated, especially due to the hotel's proximity to pleasure beach.

andy and his family created a warm atmosphere. they were very cute and took care of us throughout our stay. they also offered a stick of rock to the kids before we left.

the superior family room was spacious and clean upon arrival, i found the beds super comfy. a mini fridge was in the room, a feature which was very handy. we had lots of coffee and tea provided, too.
