the location was convenient as it was walkable from the central station. check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. fresh water was provided in the fridge each day in my king room.
The hallways seemed somewhat dark. This was a minor issue.

My room upgrade was handled quickly and efficiently. i appreciated the convenience of being close to the train station. the rooftop bar provided a super cool experience. I especially enjoyed the views. the breakfast had a nice assortment of food and fueled me for a busy day.
i found that the room required a room key to activate the lights. this seemed unnecessary.

the front desk staff provided a cute experience. priti and gaston went the extra mile during breakfast, they made sure everyone was comfortable. i felt they offered great hospitality and attention to detail.
