The hotel locates in a pretty neighborhood. It is connected well with the rest of the city. The bar had a great cocktail selection at affordable prices. The staff was helpful and attentive too.
My room felt small, and I felt a bit claustrophobic. I think my room was a small closet. The rate for a night was high.

the location provided convenient access to the train station. breakfast featured a good selection of continental items. the staff were friendly and cute at breakfast.
my room felt quite old, i noticed. the curtain wasn't functional, so the room wasn't dark at night. the street lamp was bright so it was hard to sleep. the heater wasn't working properly.

The location was great. it was close to the central station, about 10-15 minutes on foot. It felt far from less desirable areas, though. historic tram 1 stops nearby. It goes to the duomo in 10-15 minutes. breakfast was excellent and supervised very well by attentive staff.
the safe requires a credit card to work, i don't personally carry a card with me as my phone does everything.

The hotel's location proved convenient, situated within easy walking distance of the main railway station. I appreciated that the hotel offered luggage storage post-checkout, a significant advantage for late departures. The staff demonstrated amazing friendliness and a helpful attitude.
The coffee and tea cups available in the rooms were quite small.

the front desk staffs kindness was amazing. dinner recommendations were wonderful plus car service ordered swiftly. the triple room we booked provided ample space. it felt very clean and well maintained . i have nothing bad to say about this lovely place.
the shower drain had a slight odor of sewage at times though it was minor.
