The hotel's location is very convenient. It is near public transportation.
The room i stayed in felt quite dated and showed signs of wear. the furnishings seemed old (maybe from the 90s) and in need of an update. i also noticed the staff seemed unhappy. They rarely smiled or greeted guests.

great location and friendly service
metro station helpful staff fresh food
the location was excellent, literally steps from the metro station (it made exploring easy). i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. i especially enjoyed the buttery croissants.
the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly (it just blew hot air). i had to open the window, but street noise was quite noticeable. it was a bit disruptive during the night.

the hotel is located close to the metro station exit. it is also conveniently situated on a main shopping streetwith plenty of options. this made getting around the city very simple.

convenient location dining option friendly receptionist faulty air conditioning broken window high price
the location was convenient with a metro station nearby. i found many dining options around the hotel. the receptionist was friendly and expedited my early check-in.
the air conditioning kept turning off automatically. the window was broken making it hard to close properly. the rooftop bar prices seemed outrageous to me.

central location friendly staff amazing terrace
I appreciated the hotel's central location near the metro station. The staff were friendly and happy to help with all requests. The rooftop terrace was amazing! I also found the room to be very clean.
