SUPER Hotel Stay!

I stayed in a VERY spacious King Room . The hotel provides complimentary water each day, which i appreciated. The bathroom included ample space, a great convenience. I especially liked the electric shades. They REALLY helped with sleeping.
The room service was not available at 12:10. I wanted to order something, but they said the staff went home. A mini bar with snacks in the room would resolve the issue.

The hotel offers convenient access to the metro, only a short three-minute walk. It is also just three stations away from the railway station. A supermarket located directly across the street adds extra convenience.

Really good Hotel Experience

The botanical-themed artwork throughout the hotel created a calm atmosphere. The gym had all the essential equipment for a workout. I found the breakfast offered an excellent variety of options. The staff were very professional and smiling, I felt very welcomed.
The check-in process felt a bit slow, though I am not sure why.

the room faced the city and had many glass windows allowing plenty of sunlight.
The advertised 24-hour room service was unavailable after midnight. i wanted to order food but was told the staff had gone home. The hotel suggested i use grubhub and pick up the order myself from the front desk. the minibar was also completely empty.
