I appreciated the perfect location and convenient stroll from the train station. my room offered a canal view which was really wonderful. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after checkout.
the room was quite small making it difficult to move around comfortably. there was barely enough room to put a suitcase.

the location is excellent, very close to central station and many tourist attractions. clean white bed linen and towels impressed me. the mattress was firm, i liked that.
The corridors were narrow due to the building's age! it was a bit challenging to navigate. finding my room required some extra effort. I didn't expect that.

The location was good. It was a short walk from the main station.
I found the room cold. worse, it was impossible for me to use the toilet comfortably because it was too close to the sink. every time someone flushed a toilet, a very loud sound came from a water pipe running through the room. I could not sleep.

The location was central. Accessing attractions and transport was simple. Staff were helpful, and the hotel felt safe. I stayed in a large twin room on the ground floor. The room was very clean and recently renovated. Coffee and tea were available in the room and at reception.
The kettle in my room did not work. I had to request a replacement. It was a minor inconvenience.
