charmed by the service

i really liked the staff, they was like family. aneesh, saji, jay dev, allan, and shiju. bright, the room cleaner, really was very diligent. the team at the front desk was helpful and efficient.
the breakfast buffet stay the same every day. it didn't change over the five days i stayed. service was slower sometimes, and i waited an hour for cutlery one time.

the staff are polite and always ready to help. the front desk handled check-in and check-out smoothly. the hotel also organised a trip for me and the driver was friendly and careful.

the gym has modern equipment i see. the pool is clean with enough space for all guests. the lobby area is big and very well maintained. the hotel provide easy access to city center and tourist spots.

the breakfast included multiple options and was tasty. i thought the restaurant had kerala food. i liked the beef pepper fry alot. waiters at breakfast were helpful and always smiling to every customer.

slow servicehour delay
I stayed for five days and the buffet breakfast remained the same each day. the service was slow. Cutlery ordered to the room took an hour to arrive. in-room dining also experienced delays, taking almost an hour for food delivery due to staff being occupied elsewhere.

I enjoyed the tasty food and the widespread options at the restaurant. Sreejesh at the front desk was helpful. Dora and Ribin provided super service at the restaurant. The valet service was quick. It was very satisfying.
