breakfast buffet local traditions
The breakfast buffet offered ample choices. It included both south Indian and continental dishes. The hotel provided a complimentary boat ride on the lake in the evening. A high tea with snacks followed the boat ride. The cultural performance in the evening showcased local traditions.
The temperature control in my room did not work as expected.

the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. i especially enjoyed the scenic swimming pool. the health club and gym were also well maintained!!!
the room had a power cut. the tv wasn't working much of the time. the housekeeping standards really were not great.

kerala architecture modern comfort cultural program staff hospitality
i found the kerala architecture blended seamlessly with modern comforts. the boat rides were a good touch. evening cultural programs were also available. the staff's hospitality. special mention to the pool staff, they were really good!
The music from a ground floor event was audible in my suite past 10 pm. A slight disturbance.

Breakfast had a live counter and diverse options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. menu selections changed daily, offering fresh choices. the head chef arun introduced special dishes. they were very delicious. The fish nirvana is really good.

The staff ensured every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. They provided attentive service. the front office manager, manik, was especially helpful and passionate about providing comforts. he gauged guest needs. His attentiveness was excellent. the staff carried baggage.

the room included neatly organized accessories such as drinking water and toiletries. fresh linen was used on the bed, pillows, and towels. switches and ac operations were explained clearly by staff. the rooms were super clean and well maintained.

The lobby features life-size elephants and a spice display. a flutist entertained guests. This added charm. evening offerings included a backwater cruise and high tea. It was a good experience. there is a pool available. we loved the pool.

the hotel is situated on the lake with amazing views. the location provides true kerala views to the great ashtamudi kaayal. the waterfront setting enhances the overall experience. nearby tourist spots are easily accessible with staff assistance.

I found the health club well maintained, with a fully equipped gym. There IS a scenic swimming pool along with a dedicated kids pool. The free boat ride offered every afternoon provided a unique view of the surroundings.
The restaurant's food variety felt a bit limited.

i found the premises very well maintained. the staff were attentive to details like maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. the overall design and architecture showcase the beauty of the region.
