friendly staff direct beach access unheated pool loose tiles
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location provided direct beach access (i enjoyed that).
the pool was not heated. i also noticed tiles coming off the pool, a concern.

a really good stay
amazing view modern design excellent service special experience
the service was excellent with staff greeting us warmly. they showed us to a balcony (it was amazing!) with amazing views and brought beverages. the hotel's design felt modern with clean lines. pepi at the front desk was amazing and were pretty good for our group. she brightened our day.
our room was large but the toilet lacked privacy. the half lobster on the menu was a very small portion and lacked flavor.

the concierge team provided recommendations and booked dinner. they arranged spa reservations and answered every question in english. staff offered warm smiles and ensured a relaxing check-in process, very appreciated after a long travel day.

the beach offered clear water and easy access. the hotel restaurant provided inside and outside dining options. the spa provided full service, which contributed to an overall relaxing stay. the rooms had quiet and extraordinarily designed.

limited menu rubbery ceviche
The restaurant menu felt limited. They served the SAME subpar menu for lunch and dinner. I ordered the half lobster, and it was mostly shell with hardly any meat. IT also lacked drawn butter or any dipping sauce! The whitefish ceviche tasted like rubber, and I couldn't identify what kind of fish it was.

amazing beach tranquil water rooftop pool
i enjoyed amazing beach access at this full service resort. the ocean waters were clear and tranquil (so refreshing!). the rooftop pool offered fine views. the staff were very kind and professional, always focused on exceeding expectations.
the restaurant food quality was not great, and the menu lacked variety. i found the lunch and dinner offerings to be uninspired.

amazing location diverse selection
I enjoyed the amazing location near the little beach. The room was clean and provided total comfort. I appreciated the breakfast. The selection was diverse and FRESH. The staff ensured i had everything i needed!

persistent stain cold pool
the beach was conveniently close to the hotel.
I found the room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. There was a coffee stain that lingered for my entire stay. the lack of hot water on the first day was unacceptable. the pool was too cold for use.
