positive staffineffective air conditioninginconvenient ac hours
the staff was consistently positive across all areas. the customer service team and the restaurant staff deserve real credit.
The air conditioning did not function properly. The room never cooled below 23c. i complained multiple times, but the ac remained ineffective. after two days, i received a message stating the ac operated only during specific hours (which was very inconvenient).

excellent alcudia stay
fresh foodideal locationenjoyable showsexcellent job
the food was consistently fresh and flavorful i especially liked the local dishes offered at dinner the chef's attention to detail was amazing. the hotel location is ideal the beach is easily accessible. the animation team worked tirelessly to keep everyone entertained i found the evening shows particularly enjoyable. the hotel is very clean and well kept the housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
finding a sunbed by the pool could be difficult at times particularly during peak hours.

the restaurant staff ensured prompt and attentive service during meals i was impressed by their friendliness. the guest services team was always available to answer questions and provide assistance throughout my stay. the bartenders prepared the drinks well.

the hotel features a well-kept pool area that includes a kids' pool plus a main pool. i noticed that there are also a gym with treadmills and free weights. there is also a spa offering massages and treatments.

the room included two separate sinks a rainfall shower and ample storage space. the air conditioning system worked efficiently and kept the room cool. a daily housekeeping service kept the room tidy.
