Excellent stay, great service

I enjoyed the variety of dining options. There were five restaurants with different cuisines. Marco, the sommelier, recommended local wines that I found nice and he expanded my knowledge of spanish wines. The pool was well kept. The staff were dedicated and attentive.
The bed and pillows were somewhat hard. I would have preferred softer bedding for enhanced comfort.

The hotel offers fantastic views from every direction. The layout requires a bit of navigation initially. I soon became familiar with its structure and found it easy to move around the hotel.

the room was spacious. it offered more than enough room for clothes storage. the bed felt very comfortable. i found pool areas well staffed with both pool attendants and waiters.
i found the system designed to create a false sense of high demand. in reality, the venues seemed far from full. our request for late checkout was initially refused. i found this unhelpful.
