well-kept pools various choices friendly staff
the pools were well kept and offered enjoyable slides. the food was plentiful, with various choices available during each meal. i appreciated the friendly staff who worked hard. the snack bar being close to the pool was convenient.
the lifts were small. and at times, they were hit and miss.

the hotel was very clean throughout the hotel and staff were very cute they do not stop the chefs and waiters in the restaurant. entertainment is great round the pool throughout the day and on the night there's lots for the children. we've all loved it here with variety of different foods even if your child is picky like mine they will not go hungry all together hotel is family friendly

there are three pools to choose from and the splash pool is super for kids the hotel provides excellent facilities. the pool area was great and it is the best hotel we have been to in years do not be put off by any negative reviews

the staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble it was my friend's 80th birthday and everyone was so lovely. we were very well looked after and they make you feel like you are their family i would highly recommend this place

all inclusive is recommended because it is a little walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. the hotel is a one hour drive with taxi from palma airport. the hotel is family-friendly with a lot of activities to keep you busy

great food helpful staff dirty room early entertainment
the food had a great selection and the quality tasted great. staff was always helpful and i couldnt ask for more. entertainment kept the kids busy.
i think the room wasnt clean once . i had confetti on the floor that remained all week. i also didn't get fresh towels at all and the bathroom floor felt so mucky the whole week. the entertainment for adults ended to early. i wish it would stay on a little bit longer.

The hotel was super clean. It was very clean! The pools are amazing for kids. Pirate water slides, animal water slides, pool areas and the pirate sand park are well done. The staff works hard, is super-friendly and they are very attentive.

There are multiple pools available. Children enjoyed the splash pool with various slides. A convenient snack bar offered easy access to refreshments near the pool, so the location was great! A free beach bus ran regularly.

The food selection included many options and changed regularly. I found the snack bar provided pizza, nuggets, hotdogs and chips. Staff restocked food and cleared plates away.

I appreciated the size of our one bedroom apartment, it included a fridge and a balcony. The bathroom was nice, it had a great shower and good wardrobe space. The room was clean!

crowded restaurant long queue
the restaurant was too crowded it really let the hotel down queues were long just to get into the restaurant to eat many children roamed freely getting food and drinks without parents around
