The staff are very polite and professional. The hotel sits right on the beach. The food had a wide variety to suit everyone's tastes, and it was available throughout the day.

The hotel room temperature was warm. I could not adjust the temperature. The restaurant reminded me more of a canteen.

Breakfast had a awesome selection of foods, I am talking fresh pastries! The pool was huge and clean, plenty of space for everyone. My room was a Double Room Garden View. It even came with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The gardens were super well maintained, I did notice gardeners working hard every morning.

My room has a garden view, which gave me nice scenery. The cleaning service kept the room very clean everyday. The restaurant offered a varied menu with many options. I found the staff friendly and very helpful.

The gym needed equipment updates. Some machines were showing wear and tear. I believe a refresh could enhance experience.
