The staff were all very helpful and courteous. A restaurant on the eighth floor adequately catered to my dietary needs. The hotel is in a great location for amenities. I found shopping, restaurants, and massage shops all very accessible. (I particularly enjoyed exploring the nearby malls!).
The hotel asked for a minibar deposit when I checked in. They would refund it upon check-out. Paying with a credit card meant waiting two weeks for the money, SO i paid in cash.

The location is really convenient. It's close to the BTS and the malls. Room service was fast and the food tasted great! The bedding and carpets were clean.
The beds were hard. And the pillows were old. The blankets felt too heavy for a hot climate and there were no alternatives provided. Also there were scarce amenities in the bathroom and the tissue paper was cheap.
