The staff was very warm. The location is great with restaurants and cafes nearby.
The room was not cleaned unless I requested it a day before, I found this unacceptable. They only replaced towels when I asked. This. I think this lack of service is a real issue.

the friendly staff was super helpful. easy check in and check out process made things smooth as can be. transparency on pricing was a nice touch. the room was seriously spacious, i loved it.
the cooked breakfast was a bit of a letdown. it was unsavoury and kinda lukewarm, which wasn't ideal. also, i noticed that there was no shower gel right there in the shower. that's a bummer.
