Flawless Hospitality!
warm welcome lighted mirror really good staff
My stay included a warm welcome from smiling staff equipped with a large umbrella.. they ushered me inside away from pouring rain! The lighted makeup mirror in my room was a real treat! The staff were all really good. They chatted with ease and always smiled. Nothing was too much trouble.

Customer service stood out thanks to excellent staff attention. They addressed every detail carefully. Staff members provided helpful suggestions before my arrival and easily booked taxis for me. I also commend the night porter for cleaning my muddy trainers.

The Duplex Suite came beautifully appointed with every amenity imaginable. It included a coffee machine, a cocktail bar, and even a pizza slicer. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was good and powerful, so it provided an excellent experience.

The location allowed a short walk into the town centre. It was also convenient to the Botanic gardens. Many restaurant options are very close by, so it was easy to explore diverse cuisines. Beautiful views extended to the park below and across to Cave Hill.

The breakfast menu catered very well for gluten-free needs. It was fabulous! Breakfast was either in the restaurant or delivered directly to my room. I had the eggs benedict, and it was served beautifully and tasted delicious.

perfect lodging experience
amazing service valet service
The staff provided amazing service, catering to every detail. i found cooked snacks delivered to the room upon arrival. This detail was good. the hotel exhibits a finish of a very high standard. i liked that parking was included. Valet service took care of the car.

the gym includes modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes for fitness. there is a restaurant on-site, offering a diverse menu with locally sourced ingredients, and also, a bar with an extensive cocktail list. a sauna provides relaxation after a workout.

the suite included high-end appliances and comfortable bedding, guaranteeing a restful stay. the living area had tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. a private courtyard allowed me to relax with friends! the kitchen was well-appointed with necessary amenities.

room service breakfast unemptied dishwasher
the breakfast arrived in my room, not a separate breakfast area. (i really prefer buffets.) also, i noticed that the staff started the dishwasher in my suite but did not empty it. i found it rather annoying, especially since i don't want to do those things on vacation.

dirty dishes room service
the bed was fine.
the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. the staff ran it but did not unload it. i found that to be unacceptable. the room service also felt a bit intrusive, it wasn't what i wanted.
